Application process

Here is a brief overview of how the application process at Redgrape works, together with your next steps towards becoming part of our team.

Job Opportunities

The first step on the path to joining us is to take a look at the vacancies we currently have available. Please click here to begin.

Apply

Once you find a vacancy that interests you, you can apply using our online application form. Once you have submitted, you should then receive confirmation that we’ve received your completed application.

Should your initial application be successful, we will then contact you and you’ll be invited to participate in the next step of the recruitment process usually within two weeks.

Technical test and technical interview (technical roles)

For more technical roles (e.g. software developers, programmer analysts and technical leads), if your application is successful, you will be first invited to carry out a short multiple-choice technical test in your specialised technology. Upon successfully passing the test, you will then be invited to attend a technical interview which may either be face-to-face or via an online video conference meeting. The interview will typically take 45 minutes to an hour.

We’ll be assessing your experience against the criteria listed in the job description and your resume/cv. The technical interviewer will also take you through the results of your technical test and will ask questions about how you came about your answers. In some cases you will be asked to demonstrate your technical skills in your specialised technology.

Telephone and face-to-face interview (non-technical roles)

For positions such as managers, business and functional analyst roles, if your application is successful, you will be first invited to attend a short telephone interview (approximately 30 minutes). Upon successfully passing the telephone interview, you will then be invited to attend a face-to-face interview. The interview will typically take 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We’ll be assessing your experience against the criteria listed in the job description and your resume/cv. At the end of the interview, you’ll have the chance to ask us some questions of your own: about the role, the culture, work environment or any other area of interest to you.

HR interview

For all roles, if you’re successful at your previous interview(s), we’ll invite you to attend a final face-to-face HR interview and carry out a brief personality survey.

The interview can take up to an hour and you will be asked more questions about your experience, and questions about your work behaviour and motivation. At the end, you’ll have a further opportunity to engage with us to get more insight into the position, rewards and benefits, and the offer-making process. You’ll also have the chance to ask us any further questions of your own: about the role, the culture, work environment or any other area of interest to you.

We’ll endeavour to notify you of the outcome of the final HR interview within a few days of the event.
