Role: Data Analyst

Reports To: Manager

Overall Job Purpose:

• The US Data team is searching for a data driven candidate, who enjoys the challenge of digging through data and building predictive data models to target the best customers for direct mail, and outbound telemarketing.
• This role is based in India with an hybrid working in Chennai Office. It includes regular interaction with the US and Chennai based teams.
• Will work in using in house demographics & attributes to aid in the targeting of customers who would be suited for the correct promotions in helping grow the US Direct Wines business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building & maintaining predictive data models in R.
• Querying Data via SQL Server.
• Building PowerBI Reports for better insights.
• Understanding the various Data Structures.
• Expanding the knowledge of the team members.

Qualifications:

Essential
• Degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science or related field.
Desirable
• Additional professional IT qualifications would be an advantage.

Experience:

Essential (4+ Years of experience)
Primary Technical Skills Needed
• R / R Studio
• SQL Server
• Power BI
• Business Objects
Desirable
• Knowledge of Data Lakes.
