Position: Title Lead – Business Intelligence
Reports To: Manager

Overall Job Purpose:

Deliver the objectives and manage the workload of offshore US Data team
Liaise closely with the onshore heads of department to manage workload
Prioritize workload and plan additional activities to maintain productivity. Working on ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, talented hands-on team leader with strong analytics and SQL
skills, to navigate the Data Warehouse, Microsoft Dynamics, ATG, and various other platforms. The candidate
will enjoy the challenge of working in a complex business environment and ideally have experience of working
within an onshore/offshore team model. The role will require strong communication skills to manage the local
team and liaise with the onshore managers

Key Responsibilities:

o Work closely with the offshore head of the US data team in supporting the US business.
o Run Data Selects for Monthly Mailing / Emails / Outbound as needed to support the US Marketing Team
o Build Reporting as needed within the US Business for Analysis
o Support the Compliance Team in the “Recap” process which regulates the sales fulfilled by licensed business partners.
o Compliance Team support with Nividous product licensing software ongoing state maintenance.
o Work closely with the Finance and Planning teams to produce any daily, weekly, and monthly analysis reports support the teams.
o Distributing the workload between the US Data – Chennai team.
o Liaise closely with onshore functional heads to ensure service levels and communications are maintained
o Assist in any User Acceptance Testing in future releases
o Support any ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

o Able and willing to work well with an onshore/offshore team model
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to lead and develop a small, motivated team
o No problem doing whatever work that needs to be done – we are not recruiting a manager that cannot do the tasks their team is responsible for doing
o Good organizational and time management skills
o Self starter, able to cope with a remote partnership with the onshore team

Qualifications (where appropriate split into essential and preferable)

o Minimum 8+ years relevant work experience
o SQL
o Data Analysis
o Business Objects Data Services
o Business objects / Power BI experience
o Excellent Microsoft Office skills essential, particularly MS Excel
